Getting Started
1) For New Families: click the link below to start an application.
For Returning Families: Log in to Family Portal
2) On the left menu click "Apply / Enroll" >> Application
3) A new tab will open, IGNORE THE MESSAGE: "The following students are in the enrollment process.” Please return to the previous screen and access the student's enrollment packet via the "Enrollment / Reenrollment" link.
4) Click "Create a New Student Application" (even for existing students)
5) Gather the following documents to make the application process go quickly:
Sacramental Certificates (Baptism, First Communion, Confirmation, if applicable)
Diagnostic or Psychological Evaluation Results (IEP/504), if applicable
Your parish envelope number (if applicable)
Most recent report card / standardized test scores (only for new students)
After your application is submitted, it will take 1-6 business days for our Admissions Team to process your application. Once approved, you will be sent an enrollment packet. The enrollment packet is also managed within the Family Portal. A completed enrollment packet and a $250 per family, non-refundable down-payment towards 2025-26 tuition and fees, will complete your registration process.

TAP Grant Information
St. Joseph Catholic School in Kennewick participates in the Central Washington Catholic Foundation’s Tuition Assistance Program (TAP), a need-based grant program designed to supplement local tuition aid and make Catholic education financially accessible. Open to current and prospective students, TAP helps families whose household income is at or below approximately 150 % of the federal poverty guideline. Applicants submit their financial documentation—including 2023 W-2s and tax returns—through the FACTS Grant & Aid system, and awards are distributed based on verified need until funds are exhausted.
