Volunteers make it possible for St. Joe’s students to do many of the great things they do.

All families are obligated to work 30 hours of community service in our school or parish, this is for parents of students in grades K-8. For preschool parents, it is 15 hours for the year.

You can log your in your FACTS online portal.

Once logged into FACTS, from the “Family Home” tab, there is a section in the middle of that screen that shows “Service Hours”. You will see a small “+Add” button. Select which parent you are logging hours for and then add the details of your service hours.

In addition to the forms below, all volunteers who work directly with children need to have had Diocesan Virtus training. You can contact our school office at (509) 586-0481 to find out when the next training is.

• Fill out the Virtus Online Training form and return to the office. You will then be assigned a virtual training that you can complete online.
